Arkansas Medical Marijuana Telehealth - How Does it Work?
The telehealth process couldn't be easier! After you schedule your appointment by calling us at 844-249-8714 or by scheduling online, a patient intake form will be emailed to you that you will fill out. During the process of completing your form, you will also need to provide us a copy of your medical records which documents your qualifying condition. If you are unsure about how to access your records, we have a medical records team that will happily assist you in retrieving a copy!
Once you have completed and submitted your patient intake form, your medical records, and valid Arkansas I.D., we will send a link to your email, as well as a text message that can be accessed through your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once you click the link, you will enter our virtual waiting room where you will wait to meet with the doctor. When it comes time for your appointment, you will be connected to one of our physicians through a video conference where they will review your medical records, discuss medical marijuana treatment, and write your certification. After you receive your certification, you must complete your medical marijuana patient application to the Arkansas Department of Health.
