I have been in the Oklahoma MMJ industry for just shy of 4 years, and this article is not accurate.
Patients from Arkansas CAN NOT use their AR MMJ Card to make a purchase at any dispensary in Oklahoma. What they CAN do, from my understanding, is use their AR MMJ Card in place of a doctors recommendation.
This keeps a patient from having to visit the doctor every time they plan to come to OK and apply for a temporary card to make purchases, but they are still required to apply for a temporary card (at least 2 weeks in advance) every 30 days.
