Proof of AR Renewal - Accepted Documents

This is required only for patients who are renewing their card with the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Program but are new to our doctors’ office.

*If our physician has previously seen you, this will already be on file.

How to Obtain Your Previous Marijuana Card

Visit https://mmj.adh.arkansas.gov/ (All renewing patients will already have an account).
Click Login.
Enter the email you previously registered with and your password, then click Login.
- If you do not remember your password, click the reset password button on the login page and follow the instructions.
- If patients are renewing with a new/different e-mail address, contact the state at 501-682-4982 before proceeding.
Once logged in, there will be a card icon in the top right corner.
Select this icon to view your card.
