This afternoon Arkansas legislators approved Senate Bill 703, reinstating telehealth procedures for Arkansas medical marijuana certifications. SB703 is being sent to Governor Hutchinson to be signed into law this evening. If SB703 is signed into law without Governor Hutchinson exercising his veto power, Arkansas medical marijuana applicants will again be able to receive their Arkansas Medical Marijuana Certification by telemedicine.
We will keep you updated on SB703 as the bill enters its final stages in becoming a law.
